JAMA
JAMA has the largest circulation of any medical journal in the world. It is received each week by physicians in virtually every specialty and practice setting. Syndicated readership surveys document that JAMA generates advertising exposure among more medical specialties than any other single medical/surgical title.
In addition to AMA members from a wide range of specialties, the journal circulates to the vast majority of MDs and DOs in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, family medicine, general practice, hematology/oncology, medical oncology, and infectious disease.
JAMA is read by more internists than any other general or internal medicine publication. Of particular interest to recruiters, JAMA's weekly circulation includes 130,000 physicians under the age of 45 and nearly 30,000 medical students.

Archives Journals
Archives Journals are circulated on a controlled/request basis to office- and hospital based MDs in targeted specialties. This includes all residents beyond the first year of training, residency program directors, and department chairs in relevant specialties.
The Archives have an active circulation development program to renew requests among qualified recipients and to ensure that new-to-field physicians are able to receive the relevant publication upon meeting controlled circulation criteria. Across the board, Archives Journals have a high percentage of readers to receivers, so that advertisers can be sure they're really connecting with their desired audience.
